How Futbolito handles information

This website
futbolito.ai is a brochure. It uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and understand which pages are read. It sets no account, collects no form data (requests for access go through the Testament Sport Solutions contact page), and holds no player information of any kind.
The Futbolito app
The app at app.futbolito.ai is used by clubs under a contract with Testament Sport Solutions. It holds the information a club records about its players' soccer development. It carries no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.
Every player is treated as a minor
Futbolito does not record dates of birth. Every player account is treated as belonging to a person under 18 unless a club administrator records that the player is an adult who consents for themselves.
Consent comes first
A club creates a guardian's account before a player's. The guardian records consent from their own sign-in. Until that happens, the app refuses to store any development information about the player: no ratings, no objectives, no logs.
What is recorded
Name, team, age band, playing positions, ratings against six development qualities, development objectives and the measurements logged against them, daily curriculum completion, and the sessions a team runs. Coaches may keep private notes that are never shown to the player or guardian.
Who can see what
A guardian sees their own player's record. A player sees their own. A coach sees the players on their teams. An assistant sees plans and logs but not coach notes. A club administrator sees the club. Testament's platform staff reach a club's data only to provide support, with a stated reason that is written to an audit log the club can review, and never to author development information.
Deletion
A guardian or a club administrator can request deletion when a player leaves. The club completes it within 30 days. Completion removes the player's records, the player's login, and the guardian's login if no other player remains linked to it. Deletion is deletion: nothing is kept in a hidden or archived form.
Where it lives
In Testament Sport Solutions' own cloud account in the United States, encrypted at rest, with point-in-time backups retained for recovery only. No data is sold or shared with third parties.
